By browsing this website and/or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Products and Services

Sienna & Gaia offers high-end fashion products, handcrafted in limited quantities with premium-quality materials.

Product descriptions, images, and details are presented as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our production.

All products and prices are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice.

For personalised or made-to-order products, delivery times and conditions will be confirmed with the client before the purchase is completed.

1. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT in accordance with current Spanish tax regulations.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and American Express.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

1. Shipping and Delivery

We offer national and international shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated during the checkout process.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, Sienna & Gaia is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (customs, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European law, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products, which are made specifically at the customer’s request.

To exercise this right, send an email to hola@siennaegaia.com including your order number and purchase details.

1. Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Spanish and European regulations.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conforming product, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or modifications made by the customer.

1. Liability

Sienna & Gaia will not be liable for:

• Damage or losses resulting from improper use of the products.

• Typographical or technical errors on the website.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.

In any case, the maximum liability of Sienna & Gaia will be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for their purchase.

All content on this website — including texts, images, designs, logos, graphics, and photographs — is the exclusive property of Sienna & Gaia or is used under the appropriate licenses.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
